Our company provides (Standard Shipping 6 to 10 business days Free) and (Express Shipping 3 to 5 business days $10.00 USD), and there are only two delivery options at the moment.

At present, it is determined that the places that can be shipped are the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Italy

EXTRA FEES

NOWADAYSFASHION does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. in some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.



SHIPPING INFO

At https://nowadaysfashion.com, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.


PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once payment is verified, while the order is already in production or shipped, the order cannot be canceled or changed during this time. However, we will do our best to support your request.


PROCESSING

It normally takes 3-14 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.

Shipment takes approximately 3 to 10 business days to reach destination countries.

Note: For rural areas or remote areas, our delivery process will take longer

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Usually it takes about 30-50 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy

Please submit a ticket within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

 

Returns

FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
For customers that have chosen our FREE SHIPPING option, please bear in mind that we will provide you with our Proof of Shipping. the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is there. If after 30 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and refund your money, no questions asked.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order. Contact email; support@nowadaysfashion.com

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

The return address needs to contact customer service, and the return method needs to be mailed to the location designated by our customer service

If it is determined that the product is returned by the customer, the customer needs to mail it to our designated location within 15 days.Overdue returns will be deemed as abandonment of returns.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, documentation.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.


Returns made without receipt may be refused. nowadaysfashion reserves the right to deny any return.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, Customers are not required to pay restocking fee


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you have not received a refund after 14 working days, you can contact our customer service email; support@nowadaysfashion.com

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
